Live Support (question and mysql error)

I have discovered the "Live Support"... Great ! :-)


But...confused

A/
How can an operator or a caller know when the other side as cut the conversation ?

In my similation the caller closed the windows and nobody was warned.


B/
While clicking "report", i saw i could acces the messages by clicking on the total number of messages (far right msgs) but i got an error :
