I'm not sure... but additional information would be helpful:
- What Tiki version are you using?
- What is your web environment (and versions)?
- What were you doing to cause the error?
- Is this a new installation or an upgrade?
- etc.

If something appears for the admin but not other users, that usually indicates a permissions problem. Please see the docs for details.
If you're making template and theme changes, be sure to clear the Tiki caches.
