Rare what you say, because we are running some Tiki6 sites on debian servers with suhosin, suPHP, mod security, etc (as far as I know).
Example:

That is a slow server, though - gforge'd (and thus allowing ssh, etc.) and free for copylefted projects, but fairly slow.
