I think ))RoboHelp(( can import HTML pages. If so, your workflow would be:

1. Write content in TikiWiki.
2. Generate TikiWiki webhelp.
3. Export your TikiWiki webhelp *.html files to a ))RoboHelp(( project
4. Use ))RoboHelpto genreate CHM,JavaHelp(( etc.

Of course, each time you change the TW source, you'll have to re-do the process.
