It came up during the install process, but I can't find the right page to browse to get it back. I have read through the TW, EasyPHP, & PHPMyAdmin docs & websites, but can't find any instructions on launching PHPMyAdmin.

Right-click the small E icon in your Windows taskbar and select Configuration > PhpMyAdmin.
I believe the actual URL is something like http://127.0.0.1/home/mysql/
