Very easy (especially if you already have the JS plugin installed).

1. Create a new module. (See the docs)
2. In the Data field (assuming you have the JS plugin), type:
   
   Copy to clipboard

   {JS()}
   .....paste the code from Yahoo
   .....only the part between the < script> statement
   {JS}

3. Enable the Must be wiki parsed option.
4. Save the module.
5. Assign the module (make sure you also assign it to the Anonymous group, if you want everyone to see the ads).
6. Refresh your cache.
