Check your permission settings for the Anonymous group.
- If you want them to have access to the Quick Edit module, you must assign assign the Anonymous group to the module. (See Module Admin in the docs.)
- If you want them to have access to the articles (cms) features, you must assign the CMS permissions to the Anonymous group (See Assigning permissions to groups in the docs.)
