Re: Problem assigning a module

There may be several reasons why a module appears for some users but not others. Some things to check:

  • On the Admin: Features page:
    • What are your settings for the Left and Right columns? (Always, Never, or User Decides)
    • Do you have the Layout per section option selected?

    See the docs for details.

  • On the Admin: General page:
    • Do you have the Display modules to all groups always option selected?
    • Do you have the Hide anonymous-only modules from registered users option selected?

    See the docs for details.

  • On the Modules: Admin page:
    • Did include the Anonymous group? Do your other groups inherit the Anonyous group?
    • Did you clear the cache after updating the module?

    See the docs for details.

  • On the System Admin page, clear all the cache and temporary files.

Is your Tiki public? Do you have a URL?
