Re: Creating new wiki entries
I use a form on my Tiki to allow users to create new pages (by entering the page name) on-the-fly. It is based on the Quick Edit module that Gary refers to. Try something like this:
<form method="get" action="tiki-editpage.php">
<input type="text" size="22" name="page" value="Create new wiki page" onfocus="this.value=''" />
<input type="submit" name="quickedit" value="Go" />
</form>
You can see it in action on my Tiki, although you'll need to register/login first — the create-a-page feature is only available to registered users.

Instead the entries would mainly be tied together through the categories they where assoated with, but could of course also be hyperlinked like normal wiki entries.
