    I recently received an email that appeared to come from my site's TIKI, but was infact an invalid, spoofed, email address. I checked my sendmail log and verified that the email did not originate from my server.

    Is there any way to track it down, or "protect" my site and domain from email spoofing?

    Have a good examination of the email headers, it will tell you exactly where the email came from and which servers it landed at.
